PRINTING OF COTTON FABRIC SELF SHADE OF DIRECT DYE BY SCREEN PRINTING METHOD
Recipe :
Sodium Chloride : 10 parts
Soda ash : 1 parts
Thickener : 71 parts
Direct dye : 2 parts
Water : 10 parts
Total : 100 parts
Procedure :
Printing Process :
Mix the above ingredient with constant stirring to make homogeneous paste. Take require amount of printing paste in a screen and print the fabric by giving at least two stokes with the help of squeeze. After printing dry the fabric.
Fixation Process :
The steaming is carried out in oven at 150*c temperature of 5 minutes.
Soaping Treatment :
The fabric is first rinsed cold water. Then wash and soap with 2 gpl N.I.D for 15 minutes at 60 to 70*c temperature. Then again wash and dry the fabric.
Conclusion :
From above process it an be concluded that here printing is evenly obtain on cotton fabric.
